While searching for some inspirational tailoring I came across a 2011 Issey Miyake ready to wear collection which was shown on the runway in Paris. The clothing was transformed on the runway, with garments being folded and stapled from paper, in an origami like form to create five different items, a tailored coat, a dress, a skirt, a peplum jacket and a collar. The paper garments were also made in fabric versions in the same look.
